Device Management

Unified Device Manager (UDM) is a suite of products designed for comprehensive management of home devices in a unified way.
It covers the entire lifecycle, from service provisioning to fully optimizing the home connectivity experience.
It incorporates an advanced tool that simplifies and abstracts the complexity of various access technologies and management protocols, enabling seamless integration through open APIs.

HWE- Home WiFi Experience

With an intuitive interface, HWE allows you to manage and monitor the Wi-Fi experience regardless of device type or access technology, providing a consistent experience that simplifies operators’ tasks.
HWE performs intelligent diagnostics and features a powerful recommendation engine that optimizes troubleshooting, analyzes the Wi-Fi environment and interference, and collects information from all connected devices.

HNL – Home Network Layer

HNL is a backend tool that features an intelligent abstraction engine that unifies and simplifies interaction with multiple protocols, devices, and technologies, ensuring seamless and scalable integration while providing a single point of connection for all systems (OSS and BSS).
It supports various data models, both standard and proprietary (TR-098, TR-181, MiBs), and integrates with several industry ACS and USP solutions, as well as third-party Wi-Fi managers and extenders.

ACS/USP

Our ACS, based on Broadband Forum standards, is designed with a modern Kubernetes architecture that supports both on-premises and cloud deployments. Its zero-touch provisioning capability simplifies the configuration and deployment of devices, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
It’s a Carrier-Grade solution with high redundancy and multi-tenancy support. The modern and user-friendly interface includes a policy configuration wizard.
It supports TR-369 (USP), allowing dual-stack operation and ensuring seamless migration between TR-069 and TR-369.

Bulk Data Collection

At Stechs, we have a collector for mass data collection, fully compatible with TR-098 and TR-181 data models from the Broadband Forum. It is designed to collect large volumes of information periodically, based on events, or in real-time, ensuring accurate and complete acquisition.
The collected data is normalized and stored in a data lake, available locally or in the cloud, for further processing and analysis.
This data is presented in customized dashboards, providing operators with key insights for making strategic decisions, monitoring service status, identifying areas for improvement, and evaluating performance trends, all focused on optimizing the customer experience.
